How we handle your data
This page explains what information Sunset Badger collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
The data we hold
We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.
How we use it
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
Cookies on this site
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. You can remove it at any time through your browser settings.
Sharing
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
Retention
We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Access and deletion
You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@sunset-badger.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.
Security
What little we hold is stored on access-controlled systems and is not accessible to anyone outside the business.
